Property Advisory Panel
The International Property S.I.P.P. Ltd has been incorporated to draw on internal and external experienced property advisors to analyse the most suitable property stock which, in the opinion of the advisors, will most likely meet the overall objectives and risk profile of the three funds offered within the International Property S.I.P.P.
The panel will source, review and recommend current and future property investment opportunities to meet the medium to long term objectives of the funds.

If the structure requires a UK company, the services of the director and company secretary will be provided via UHY Hacker Young Trustee Company and UHY Hacker Young Company Secretarial Services who will follow the instructions of the syndicate via a service agreement to purchase the properties and issue shares to the syndicate.
